Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you changed your mind you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 
HANDMADE GOODS
At Berry Party Goods, we take great pride in our handmade products. Each cart is meticulously crafted with attention to detail to ensure that you receive a high-quality product. Please be aware that being a handmade product, minor manufacturing imperfections or cosmetic blemishes may be present.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (7) fifteen (15)days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at berrypopsiclecarts@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided. , and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS- RESTOCK FEE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your reimbursement. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your reimbursement. Return Restock Fee $30-$50* USD depending on customer's zipcode. Return shipping must be covered by customer. 
If item was mishandled by shipping carrier, we will replace parts with no cost to you.exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.

EXCEPTIONS - damaged cart

While we make every effort to package and protect your order for a safe journey, we understand that sometimes, shipping carriers may not handle packages as gently as we would like and damage may occur.

We want to assure you that our commitment to your satisfaction is our priority. If you happen to receive any part of your cart damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will replace the damaged part at no cost to you. It will take us 10 business days to ship replacement parts to you.

Please provide pictures of box from inside and outside as well as pictures of damaged parts.
